Kolache Booth Entry Form

Howdy Friends and Wonderful Cooks:

Booth space will be available for the Kolache Bake Shop, outside under tents on Buck Street in Downtown Caldwell, for the September 13, 2008 Kolache Festival. These booth spaces are only for KOLACHES, PASTRIES, AND OTHER BAKED ITEMS for a fee of $35.00 for non-profit organizations and $50.00 for commercial entries. No commission is charged. Entry fee must accompany entry forms. Deadline for entry is July 15^th, but early entries are appreciated. Fees are payable to KOLACHE FESTIVAL.

Booth space is 10’x10’ with a TENT COVERING PROVIDED. You need to bring your own display equipment and tables. NO OTHER SPACES WILL BE ALLOWED TO SELL KOLACHES. Posters or signs are permitted in booths stating name of organization or business. Booth area is to be kept neat as possible. The City Police will provide a vehicle to help you bring your baked goods in after your first trip and also will help for early dismissal when sold out. Each booth is to be clean at closing time with all trash picked up and placed in proper receptacles. Closing time is at the end of the day- long festival. You may close your booth earlier if sold out. BE PREPARED FOR WEATHER CHANGE.

The committee reserves the right to refuse entry on basis of non-compliance with State Health Laws.

The Kolache Festival requires that all Kolaches be sold for $1.00 each or $10.00 per dozen and should be approximately 3” in diameter for uniformity of size. All other baked items to be priced at entry’s discretion. No other regulations.

Joins us for the day in the Kolache Bake Shop. We encourage you to wear your Czech costumes and aprons for added color.
